If you follow our instructions and don’t make at least £250, we’ll pay you the difference. Seriously.

We want you to know that if you use our service and follow our instructions to the letter, you are guaranteed to make money. Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign up to Outplayed.com for a paid membership.
  2. Try us out for at least 90 days. You need to actively use the service during this time and complete at least 25 sports signup offers. In other words - give it a proper go!
  3. If at the end of the 90 days you haven’t made at least £250 in profit, we’ll refund your membership and pay you the difference up to £250. (For example, if you’ve made £150 profit, we’ll pay you the extra £100).

Full terms:

  1. Only first time users of Outplayed.com that registered after 17/2/23 are eligible.
  2. You must not have previously held a paid membership at OUTPLAYED.com (formerly Profit Accumulator) or any other Matched Betting service. 
  3. An OUTPLAYED.com paid monthly or annual membership is required to be eligible. 
  4. You must remain a paid membership with OUTPLAYED.com for at least 90 days and have completed at least 25 sports signup offers in this time period.
  5. You are not eligible for this offer if you already have accounts with 3 or more UK bookmakers.
  6. Eligible offers are those included on the Sportsbook Signup Offers page with a Guaranteed Profit tag.  
  7. To count towards the 25 offers, the signup offer must be completed in line with the instructions on Outplayed.com. Bets placed that do not meet the parameters of the offer will mean that offer does not count.
  8. Casino offers do not count towards this offer.
  9. To claim under this promotion, you must send us an email along with screenshots documenting all bets placed (Both back and lay counterparts) during your membership in order for us to calculate your total profit. 
  10. All bets must be placed on accounts under your own details, which should match the details you registered to OUTPLAYED.com with. 
  11. For the avoidance of doubt, when upgrading to a paid monthly membership option, this must be your FIRST EVER payment to us of any kind.
  12. Sale prices are exempt from this offer, e.g. if you take up a sale offer price, you will not be eligible for a refund if you do not make £250 in 90 days. Only full price purchases are included. 
  13. The offer is strictly limited to one per person, household, IP address. 
  14. Existing customers/returning customers who take out a new subscription with us are not eligible (and no, using a new email address won't work - we are experts of bonus abuse, remember!). 
  15. Entrants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently reside in the United Kingdom or another country (proof of address or identity may be required).
  16. Refunds will be denied if patterns of abuse are detected.
  17. All requirements must be complete between the dates and times outlined. All times are UTC unless otherwise stated. 

Refund Process

  • If you wish to proceed with the refund process, you must first cancel your membership (following the instructions below) and then email support@outplayed.com with the subject line "Refund me" or similar.
  • Once Customer Support has confirmed your refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and returned to your account. The vast majority of refunds will only take up to 48 hours, but there may be instances when the delay is longer. 
  • Please be aware you must initiate and complete the refund process within 6 months of your first payment to OUTPLAYED.com, otherwise you will no longer be eligible for a refund. 
  • As per our standard refund policy,  if you do not cancel your membership and request a refund before this you will be charged for the following month's membership. 

How To Cancel Your Platinum/Diamond Monthly Membership

All subscriptions can be cancelled via your "My Account" section by scrolling to the bottom of the 'Account Details' tab and clicking on Cancel Membership. We will then ask you why you are cancelling and you will need to confirm your cancellation on the next page. You will see an on-screen confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled. We recommend taking a screenshot of this for your records.
