Refunds

We are so confident that you will make money with Outplayed (formerly Profit Accumulator), so you can claim a full 100% refund during your first 30 days if you are unhappy with our service. Simply send an email to support@outplayed.com from your registered Outplayed e-mail address and request a refund of your membership.

This is only available within 30 days of your FIRST ever payment to us of any kind, including £1 trials. You will not be able to claim a refund if it has been more than 30 days since your first payment.

Existing customers/returning customers who take out a new subscription with us are not eligible. Add-on purchases are not eligible. Strictly limited to one per person, household, IP address. Refunds will be denied if patterns of abuse are detected (such as abusing our £1 trial or our Refer a Friend Promotion).

Outplayed Pro is excluded from the refund policy. All sales of Outplayed Pro are final.

How to Cancel

All subscriptions can be cancelled via your "My Account" section by scrolling to the bottom of the 'Your Details' page and clicking on Cancel Membership. We will then ask you why you are cancelling and you will need to confirm your cancellation on the next page. You will see an on-screen confirmation confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. Please take a screenshot of this for your records. We won't issue refunds of subsequent payments because you forgot to cancel or didn't complete the cancellation process.

If you are having trouble cancelling, please email:support@outplayed.com and you'll receive a response within 24 hours with instructions.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and returned to your account. The vast majority of refunds will only take up to 48 hours, but there may be instances when the delay is longer. There is no cancellation fee and we will pay all the associated PayPal charges.
