Graphic Designer
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing a variety of visual assets for our group of projects. This role requires someone who is passionate about both content creation and branding, and can bring a strong visual appeal to everything from social media graphics to downloadable resources (such as infographics or educational PDFs). You’ll play a key role in delivering visually engaging content that resonates with our audience across social media, blogs, and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Infographics for Marketing & Blogs: Create engaging, shareable infographics that simplify complex topics (e.g., matched betting guides) for use in marketing materials, blog posts, and social media.
- Educational PDFs & Guides: Design high-quality, branded educational PDFs (e.g., “Guide to Matched Betting”), downloadable resources, and other informative documents that are easy to read and visually appealing.
- Social Media Graphics: Develop eye-catching and engaging graphics for various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Branding Materials: Assist in the creation and evolution of branding materials, ensuring consistency across all assets, including logos, marketing collateral, and internal documents.
- Web Page Design Elements: Support the development of web design elements such as banners, icons, and illustrations that enhance the user experience and align with the brand’s visual identity.
- Video Thumbnails: Design attention-grabbing thumbnails for YouTube and other video platforms to maximize engagement and clicks.
- General Image Creation: Produce a wide range of visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including blog images, website visuals, and promotional assets that are visually striking and professional.
Key Qualifications::
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer with a focus on creating digital content, particularly infographics, social media graphics, and educational resources.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating infographics, social media visuals, downloadable PDFs, branding materials, and web elements.
- Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional experience in Canva, Figma, or other design tools being an advantage.
- Content Optimization: Experience designing for digital and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of how to optimize visual content for each platform’s specifications and audience.
- Infographic Creation: Proven ability to take complex information and distill it into clear, visually engaging infographics that educate and inform.
- Brand Development: A good understanding of maintaining and evolving a cohesive visual identity across different brands and platforms.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, particularly in educational materials where clarity and visual appeal are equally important.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketing, content creation, and development teams to deliver consistent, on-brand visuals that support overall project goals.
